Braemore occupies a fabulous position right on the waters of the Silvery Tay - so called because of it's silver colour in certain light conditions. The line of the bridge adds a fine perspective to the view which is magical on clear nights with the lights of Dundee shimmering across the water.
Seals are seen almost on a daily basis and in more recent years schools of dolphins have been seen about 50 yards off shore at this point.
